Difference

November 11, 2007

I suppose I would use the term “difference” to encompass all the multidimensional variations among human beings. From my standpoint, being born with one arm is also a difference. We are all “differently abled.”

An acceptance of one’s differences is not the same, IMO, as a focus on one’s limitations. I always knew I was different. (Please read my story at: http://narrative.neurelitism.com.) However, that knowledge was one of the motivations for me to become successful.
